PRINTS

Which print paper options are available?

Our Fine Art Giclee prints are produced, using premium quality Canon PROGRAF pigment inks on the finest archival materials. Our state of the art calibrated system ensures maximum image vibrancy and print longevity. Superior 11-colour ink process produces superb colour accuracy and quality.  

Place your desired print paper selection as seen below:

310gsm Fine Art Paper

100% cotton, museum-grade, acid free, archival fine art paper with a slight contoured surface. Allows for high colour consistency and gamut using no optical brighteners.

 

235gsm Matte Smooth Paper

Luxurious velvety white acid free coated matte paper. Smooth surface allows for reproduction of crisp detail.

Can I purchase a framed print?

Yes, absolutely! Currently, we offer framed prints upon request only.

Am I able to order my print with a border?

Yes, white borders are available with every print selection. Please see our sizes below or email us at: info@haylsaandkyle.com to place your custom border request.

A0 - 100mm border

 

Are prints delivered framed or rolled?

The prints aren't sold with frames. They are carefully wrapped up in a tube. We advise that you have your print/s professionally framed.

 

PRESETS

How do I install these presets?

There is an installation guide included in your purchase and also available to read here. Please follow the instructions carefully before contacting us with installation issues.

 

What app do I need to download to use these presets?

You will need to download Lightroom CC to your mobile device before installing these presets. You don't need to pay for a subscription just sign up and you're ready to start installing the presets!

 

Do these presets work on Androids?

Yes they do :) 

 

I am having trouble opening my preset files on my phone …

If you are having problems downloading these files directly to your phone the issue is that the downloads are compiled into a zip file so can't be atomically unzipped through your Phone. You will need to Download them to your desktop first before transferring them to your phone.

 

Will the presets work with just one click?

Most of the time, yes. Sometimes you might need to make minor adjustments. Check out our Instagram page for tutorials on how to edit your photos with these presets.

REFUND POLICY

Presets: 

Unfortunately not, as you can't exactly return the product. You will have the product forever and free to use it forever.


Prints: 

Returns only accepted is there is a default in the product and must be declared within 24 hours after order has been delivered, otherwise we unfortunately can't accept it.

Please feel free to contact us here if you think there is a default in your print order.

Returns are not accepted if the customer has simply changed their mind.
